Director Bio
Marine naturalist, polar explorer, and award-winning wildlife filmmaker, Adam Ravetch has travelled to the far corners of the earth to capture marine imagery that few others would dare to attempt. He has brought to the screen the unforgettable details of animals‘ lives and their relationship to mankind.
In his pursuit of the ultimate photographic challenge, he journeyed north, and became one of a handful of filmmakers to shoot beneath the Arctic ice cap. He now has two decades of experience working in the brutal, polar environment. He has accomplished fantastic cinematic imagery and spectacular films over a twenty-year career and put his stamp on a number of major Arctic wildlife films, and productions.
