Film Synopsis
In the film, the voice of the Ocean tells the story of sea turtles, who are his beautiful and graceful daughters, living in deep waters but coming to beaches to lay their eggs as they have done for thousands of years. As the Ocean’s daughters face and overcome challenges to survive, they fulfill essential roles in maintaining ocean ecosystems, and through these roles, they support humankind. The Ocean points out that Salvadoran nesting beaches are especially important for Pacific hawksbill sea turtles and calls on Salvadorans to consider how important they are to this planet and how each of us can help save them from extinction |
